The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 825 knows how to use heavy equipment -- such as cranes, bulldozers, front-end loaders, dumptrucks -- to move mountains and construct roads and bridges. They also know to use AVOW Communications to move information and public opinion about their purpose.

Under new leadership, Local 825 determined to communicate the value it provides to its members and contractors alike. Because of its great leadership, highest quality training equipment and experienced trainers, AVOW developed the themeline "Better Building Begins Here," and promotes its record "On time, on budget and on target. Here is some of the work we've done to date.
